As a Manual QA Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our ever-expanding scale-up with your ideas and testing experience.

What Will You Be Doing?

A day in the life of a Plytix Quality Assurance Engineer is an exciting one. You'll be collaborating on compelling challenges, like taking an active role in Test Case design and execution. Your days will be filled with ensuring that the platform is scalable and robust, and you'll get involved in quality processes within an Agile development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute validation and regression tests
  • Collaborate with the QA, Development, and Product teams to ensure high-quality standards
  • Participate in peer reviews and contribute to the growth of the QA team
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver software with high-quality standards
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a motivated and experienced Manual QA Engineer with a passion for quality assurance. You'll have a good understanding of testing processes and be able to design and execute test cases in a proper format. You'll also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver software with high-quality standards.

What's Next?

After 1 month, you'll have a good understanding of our favorite tools and processes. You'll be involved in QA activities while learning about the testing process throughout the development life cycle. You'll begin executing validation and regression tests and will be able to design test cases in a proper format.

After 3 months, you'll be guiding the testing strategy, planning the manual testing strategy with your colleagues, and working more independently. You'll be confident enough to take part in peer reviews together with developers.

6 months in, you'll be an important team player, working as well (and as fast) as any other team member. You'll be collaborating with other departments to find the best possible solutions so that our system is the best on the market.
