We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Producer to join our team at CRAFT. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality content on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Immerse yourself in client brands and offerings to ensure a deep understanding of their needs and goals.
- Manage client expectations, deliverables, and timeframes to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize project outcomes.
- Manage financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in international media production, with a strong understanding of broadcast, digital, social, and print production.
- Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in workflow and collaboration tools, including FIORI, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
