Role Overview
As a member of the Data Analysts team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience through the analysis and optimization of the data generated by our technology. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate the services we provide to our clients, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and exceed expectations. Under the guidance of your Manager, you will analyze data from diverse online sources (including Marketplaces, Social Media, Google, etc.), contributing to a safer Internet environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and verify data sets for accuracy.
- Uphold standards for data integrity.
- Implement initiatives aimed at improving service quality.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Required:
Educational background in:
- Middle and/or Higher Grade (Vocational Training) in fields such as Microcomputer Systems and Networks, Cybersecurity, Database Administration, or related areas.
Bachelor's Degree in: Information and Digital Content Management, Information and Documentation, Science, Management and Service Engineering, or similar disciplines.
Opportunity for Internship Agreement: Potential to sign an internship agreement with the relevant training center or university.
What We Offer:

- Flexible scheduling options: Full-time (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) or Part-time (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM / 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM).
