Position Overview:

As a Senior Footwear Creator, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of innovative collections aligned with market trends for a distinguished British menswear label. This role focuses on our Hackett Brand, emphasizing the creation of exquisitely designed footwear that caters to both formal and casual settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, planning, and execution of footwear collections.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of global trends to inform product strategies based on range plans, concepts, and timelines.
  • Develop comprehensive technical specifications for new designs.
  • Evaluate and monitor prototypes throughout the development process.
  • Facilitate effective communication with suppliers to ensure quality and timeliness.

Candidate Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design with a specialization in Footwear.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Footwear Design.
  • Proficient in English (intermediate level).
  • Skilled in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
