Descripción del Puesto:

El Coordinador de Servicios para Artistas en The Orchard será responsable de identificar a artistas potenciales y objetivos de gestión de artistas y construir relaciones sólidas con ellos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Identificar artistas potenciales y objetivos de gestión de artistas y construir relaciones sólidas con ellos.
  • Fomentar y coordinar las conexiones entre el sello local y los socios artistas a nivel local y global para identificar oportunidades y fomentar colaboraciones entre artistas.
  • Coordinar con el equipo global de Orchard Artist Services para apoyar las prioridades globales en España.
  • Coordinar con la gestión de artistas para:
    • Facilitar el desarrollo de productos desde el inicio hasta su finalización.
    • Facilitar la entrega de activos de audio, metadatos e ilustraciones a tiempo y de acuerdo con las especificaciones.
    • Garantizar la entrega de la propuesta de valor de distribución y servicios.
    • Administrar la configuración de lanzamiento para garantizar que el proceso de producción se mantenga según lo programado.
    • Representar a The Orchard en reuniones, espectáculos y llamadas con la dirección de artistas y bandas/marcas.
    • Analizar el impacto de todas las actividades de gasto, marketing y promoción, y elaborar materiales para comunicar los hallazgos a la dirección y verticales más amplias de servicios para artistas.
    • Servir de enlace con varios departamentos internos, desde finanzas hasta marketing, para garantizar que se satisfagan las necesidades comerciales de los socios clientes.
    • Fomentar y coordinar activaciones entre nuestro sello y socios artistas con marcas.
    • Actuar como representante de la industria local asistiendo a eventos y conferencias según sea necesario.

Requisitos:

  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en la industria de la música.
  • Conocimiento profundo de marketing de contenidos, hábitos de consumo, métodos de comunicación de fans y tendencias sociales.
  • Capacidad para ser tanto creativo como basado en datos.
  • Capacidad comprobada para buscar y cultivar relaciones con terceros.
  • Gran experiencia y comprensión de la industria musical local y el panorama digital.
  • Excelente conocimiento del espacio digital, incluida la venta minorista de música, análisis y redes sociales, con la capacidad de adaptarse a un panorama en constante cambio.
  • Habilidades organizacionales altamente avanzadas con la capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas y priorizar plazos ajustados.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita tanto en español como en inglés, con la capacidad de hablar de manera efectiva en todos los niveles del negocio, tanto interna como externamente.
  • Apasionado de la música independiente, con disposición para asistir a eventos y espectáculos de la industria.
  • Flexibilidad para trabajar por la noche y los fines de semana según sea necesario y capaz de viajar internacionalmente.
