Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Field Application Engineer to support our Industrial Automation business in the Iberia region. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with our Sales team to provide technical support to key account customers and channel partners.
- Providing training and introduction to channel partners for Industrial Automation products and solutions.
- Supporting channel partners with the application of Industrial Automation products and solutions.
- Reporting periodically to the Sales Manager and Field Application Team on the status of assigned activities and potential issues.
- Conducting benchmarking analysis for Industrial Automation products and solutions as required.
- Reporting on technology and feature trends related to Industrial Automation products and solutions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Native Spanish language proficiency or near-native fluency.
- A technical high school diploma or Engineering University degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Industrial Automation products, including PLC, HMI, motion controller, inverter, and servo.
- Experience in the fields of Industrial Automation, including packaging machine and other OEMs in different vertical markets.
- Proficiency in CODESYS and experience with Robot SCARA and Vision System is a plus.
