About the Role

Ebury is a leading FinTech firm, recognized for its innovative approach to international payments and financial services. As a Product Manager - Money Flows, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of new payment rails and expanding our coverage to make payments faster and more convenient.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analysis and Decision-Making: Conduct thorough analysis to support decision-making in your projects and those of others, ensuring data-driven insights inform product development.
  2. End-to-End Delivery: Manage the delivery of new initiatives and maintenance items within the Payments and Collections world, including business analysis, testing, and identifying improvements to current features and processes.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Technology team to define requirements, write epics, stories, and test books, participating in all agile ceremonies.
  4. KPI Monitoring and Decision-Making: Define, track, and monitor KPIs for product initiatives, taking decisions and actions based on results.
Requirements
  1. FinTech Passion: Demonstrate a genuine passion for FinTech, money flows, and data, with a strong focus on clients and their problems.
  2. Strong Organisational Skills: Possess solid organisational and project management skills, with the ability to gather insights from data.
  3. Effective Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to distil complex problems into their component parts.
