Job Summary

DeNexus Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Actuarial Analyst to join our team in delivering analytics solutions for our flagship product DeRISK. As a key member of our cyber risk modeling team, you will play a critical role in providing actuarial inputs for the cyber risk quantification system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actuarial Analysis: Provide actuarial inputs for the cyber risk quantification system, including data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
  • Data Management: Verify data sources, identify new sources of data, and develop processes for improved data analysis and reporting.
  • Modeling and Calibration: Assist the modeling team with sensitivity analysis and calibration tasks, and diagnose and calibrate DeRISK results with real cases.
  • Reporting and Communication: Produce reports on modeling system results and analytical findings, and communicate complex statistical findings in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with Product Management and UI/UX teams to define information, Key Risk Indicators, and workflows in DeRISK's UI, and collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Actuarial Experience: +5 years of directly relevant actuarial experience.
  • Education: Advanced degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or other relevant courses.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of statistical and actuarial analysis software, and specialized mathematical knowledge in calculus, statistics, probability, and finance.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional critical thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
