About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Content Strategy Manager to join our team at 1011 Amadeus IT Group. As a key member of our corporate communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Content Strategy Development: Define, develop, and implement content strategies that drive business results and engage our target audience.
  2. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and UX/UI, to ensure content strategies align with business objectives and user experience goals.
  3. Content Audits and Analysis: Conduct thorough content audits and analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for content optimization.
  4. Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content across all corporate websites.
  5. Content Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform content strategies and optimize engagement and conversions.
  6. Content Creation and Governance: Provide guidance and support to authors and content specialists, and ensure consistency and coherence in content across all platforms.
  7. Layout and Design: Collaborate with UX/UI leads to define layout and design for new content and campaigns, ensuring alignment with user experience goals and interface design principles.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Content Strategy Manager or similar role, preferably in a global corporate environment.
  3. Strong understanding of content strategy principles, SEO, and web analytics.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  6. Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
  7. Creative thinker with strong analytical skills, able to develop innovative content solutions that drive business results.
