About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Architect to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our Adoption, Change and Service Management practice, you will play a critical role in helping our customers navigate complex organizational change projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer/Partner Engagement
    • Develop a deep understanding of customer/partner technical environments and business needs.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and shape project definitions and execution.
    • Identify industry trends and adapt business models, plans, and solutions accordingly.
  • Architecture Design and Deployment
    • Apply structured approaches to architecture projects using established methodologies.
    • Propose and develop new solutions to scale across multiple customers/partners.
    • Define and document architecture through comprehensive documentation.
  • Practice Development
    • Generate new intellectual property and improve existing solutions.
    • Identify gaps and patterns across business and technology areas to drive changes.
    • Drive the re-use of intellectual property and recommend practices in pre-sales and delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, with experience in organizational change solutions, practice development, consulting, and/or technology domain.
  • OR master's degree in Human Psychology, Organizational Design, or Change Management, with experience in organizational change solutions, practice development, consulting, and/or technology domain.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex organizational change projects or portfolios.
  • Experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams with a focus on organizational change.
