- Effectiveness Specialism: Bring an effectiveness specialism to the team, developing complex measurement frameworks and applying traditional quant research methodology training to drive business growth.
- Knowledge Sharing: Recommend approaches for sharing knowledge within the organization and encourage team members to contribute to best practices.
- Client Needs and Effectiveness Results: Understand client needs and confidently present effectiveness results, grounded in insights linked to specific actions clients can take.
