Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join our Fresh team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the online customer experience (CX) strategy for Fresh. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Workstreams: Own end-to-end strategic workstreams, including value proposition definition, CX product roadmap development, and analysis of customer data.
- CX Product Roadmap: Support business requirement definition, track product pipeline, run user acceptance testing, and decide which CX products to deploy in-country.
- Analysis and Reporting: Own and execute end-to-end analysis, including scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, and creation of recommendations for senior leadership.
- Market Data and Benchmarking: Secure external market data for CEU, own competitor and industry benchmarking for Germany, Italy, and Spain, and maintain relationships with Amazon central teams and external industry bodies.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with various functions, including selection, pricing, marketing, and vendor management, to identify research opportunities and priorities that focus on big customer rocks.
- Customer Insights: Support the Voice of the Customers function on ad hoc topics and roadmap creation, and coordinate with central teams.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: Significant product/program management experience and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Skills: Robust analytical skills, fluency in standard software, including Excel, SQL, and Python/R knowledge
- Language: Fluent English skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment across geographies
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working in the grocery industry, either FMCG or retail, with a good understanding of the grocery industry in one or more locales
