Senior Product Manager

Csl Behring is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Immunology Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing local marketing plans to achieve sales, profit, and market share goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement local marketing plans to achieve sales, profit, and market share goals.
  • Collaborate with multiple business functions and external stakeholders to ensure coordination of activities and development of promotional materials.
  • Develop and implement effective actions for products and clients to reach established commercial objectives.
  • Elaborate product positioning, messages, and SWOT analysis and ensure communication to the Field Force.
  • Participate in the proposal, development, and control of the AP budget.
  • Develop and implement promotional materials, events, and campaigns in line with the agreed marketing strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with the Pharma Code and existing laws.
  • Measure the impact of marketing actions.
  • Propose local market research on products.
  • Monitor local market trends.
  • Manage and use the CRM System.
  • Collect data from the field to help develop relevant product initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, life sciences, or healthcare discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years' experience in sales and marketing or related experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry.
  • 2-4 years product management experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
