Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Supply Chain Manager to join our Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U. team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and seamless movement of goods across our global network.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement supply chain and operating models to drive business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to advise on and manage operational challenges and support the planning and organisation of complex projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Our Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team is a diverse and dynamic group of professionals who play a critical role in our success. We use air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centres equipped with the latest technology, to ensure the efficient movement of goods.
We are a data-driven team that uses data to drive decisions and make Amazon more innovative and efficient. We prioritise safety and use the expertise of our people to get packages to their destination quickly, conveniently, and sustainably.
Requirements- A degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, logistics, or transportation.
- Relevant experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadership, with advanced knowledge of Excel and basic SQL.
- Experience in program or project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics-related subject or an MBA.
- Relevant experience in a supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or transportation planning role.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organisation.
