**About the Role**
We're looking for a Compliance Manager who can help us ensure our products and processes meet regulatory requirements and deliver the best customer outcomes. This role is critical in establishing and maintaining our compliance department, working on cutting-edge product offerings, and collaborating with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to align local risk management frameworks with global ones.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Advise the business on compliance requirements and related controls.
- Develop and implement our compliance management system, focusing on delivering compliant customer outcomes.
- Manage the training program for compliance.
- Review marketing communications and analyze complaints, developing policies and procedures and carrying out outcomes.
- Break down complex regulations and apply them to our business model.
- Work closely with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to ensure alignment and deliver intended outcomes.
- Identify regulatory issues proactively and recommend remedies to promote compliance.
- Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.
