We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team at Techruiter. As a Backend Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing the system architecture and functionality of our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop the business logic and backend systems and services
- Work closely with frontend developers to design and develop functional, performing, and complete APIs
- Produce high-quality, self-documenting code by using test-driven development (TDD) techniques
- Build integration and connection to existing systems
- Write both unit and integration tests, and develop automation tools for daily tasks
- Experience as a backend developer in Node, Typescript, AWS
- Knowledge of database systems, with experience in SQL and NoSQL stores (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Couchbase, etc.)
- Ability to write effective unit, integration, and API tests
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience as a Developer on a cross-functional agile team preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions
- Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply
