Your learning experience will involve:

  • Assisting Supply Chain and Quality Managers (SCQMs) in various supply chain management tasks, including supplier coordination and recovery plans for deliveries.
  • Supporting SCQMs in quality assurance tasks, such as resolving non-conformance issues and following up on compliance audits.
  • Addressing operational challenges while concurrently participating in strategic projects with SCQMs.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to supply chain efficiency, quality indicators, supplier dependability, and other critical performance metrics to pinpoint improvement opportunities and enhance operational effectiveness.

  • A degree in engineering with a strong eagerness to learn and the ability to engage with international teams.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and verbal). Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
