Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement hot and cold beverage menu applications using our Davinci Gourmet brand within the regional chains and Independent Coffee channels.
- Collaborate with the RD&A and marketing teams to deliver winning marketing campaigns, strategic product presentations, and menu applications as a mechanism to influence customers' decisions to buy.
- Work closely with the commercial team to target strategic growth customers and create demand for the Davinci Gourmet brand using coffee and menu development expertise.
- Contribute to our proactive innovation strategy with application insights and support the development of menu applications.
- Participate in the Davinci Gourmet brand renovation, including benchmarking and sensory analysis.
- Develop strategic relationships with key customer roles, R&D, operations, and Baristas.
- Build a strategic Barista community internally and externally with key suppliers to support the growth of the Davinci brand.
- Bring a Barista-led creative and innovative view to the team, building on knowledge and experience of working within the sector.
- Be proactive in building customer engagement.
- Be entrepreneurial, seeking opportunities for menu development and growth.
- Be willing to travel frequently within Southern Europe, with travel expected to be 70%.
