Production Shift Supervisor

Diamond Foundry Inc. is a pioneering company that's revolutionizing the tech industry by producing single-crystal diamond wafers using zero-emission energy. We're on a mission to put a diamond behind every chip, and we're looking for a skilled Production Shift Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure a Safe Working Environment: Guarantee compliance with safety and hygiene standards, ensuring the order, cleanliness, and correct use of equipment and facilities.
- Supervise Production: Execute production to ensure delivery and quality requirements are met.
- Lead and Motivate the Team: Encourage, motivate, and support the team to achieve manufacturing objectives, promoting a Lean culture and continuous improvement activities.
- Workload Planning: Plan and distribute workloads between workstations and shifts, assigning workers to different jobs according to their capabilities and skills.
- Education and Experience: Intermediate or higher degree in Electricity, Electronics, Installation, Maintenance, or military technical training certificate in mechanics, electricity, equipment, systems, or equivalent proven work experience.
- Communication and Teamwork: Effective communication and ability to thrive in a cross-functional team, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience supervising teams of 10-15 people.
- Language Skills: Fluent Spanish is a must, and the ability to verbally communicate in English is desirable.
- Shift Work Schedule: Ability to work a shift schedule.
