Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
* Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and other team members
* Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies
* Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
* Perform various administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Working Hours:

* 20 hours per week
