Key Responsibilities- Perform data analytics activities to identify trends and patterns in complex business problems and issues.
- Develop and maintain datasets and reports using existing IQVIA tools.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, and manipulate and transform data to optimize analyses.
- Collaborate with internal project teams and external client consulting or services engagements to provide analytic support.
- Work with standalone data systems or enterprise-wide tools to support activities such as inquiry resolution, data validation, and trend analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of previous professional experience in data analysis, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong data analysis skills and working knowledge of Microsoft software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access), SQL, PowerBI, and Python.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization.
- Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of the business, including data analysis and interpretation.
- Knowledge of the methods, tools, and techniques related to data analysis and business insights.
