Job Title: PYP Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced PYP Teacher to join our team at Institución Educativa Sek. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing teaching plans for transdisciplinary and disciplinary units, attending department meetings, and participating in collaborative planning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement teaching plans that align with the PYP scope and sequence
• Attend department meetings and participate in collaborative planning sessions
• Take part in standardizing assessment tasks
• Contribute to curriculum research and improvement
• Stay updated on the PYP scope and sequence
• Communicate with parents the students' progress
• Attend to school activities such as festivals and Open Days

Requirements:

• Primary teacher qualification
• Teaching experience, preferably in the PYP
• High English language proficiency
• Microsoft Office user
• Experience with other educational platforms to enhance classroom dynamics and promote such tools with the team will be appreciated
