Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our Growth team. As a key driver of business growth, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and own critical models, including attribution and marketing mix models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and productionize attribution and predictive algorithms using state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and optimization models.
  • Contribute to attribution modeling, CAC/mCAC modeling, LTV prediction, marketing mix modeling, and multichannel attribution and testing.
  • Design experiments and interpret results to draw detailed and actionable conclusions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and business.
  • Develop and own production marketing attribution models for better budgeting and increased marketing efficiency.
Requirements
  • 5 years of professional experience in a quantitative analysis role in top companies, preferably in FMCG or Fintech.
  • Hold an MSc or PhD in a scientific discipline such as Physics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
  • Deep theoretical and applied knowledge in statistical inference, Bayesian statistics, causal inference, time series analysis, and mathematical optimization.
  • Extensive experience in multichannel attribution modeling and marketing mix modeling.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in popular tools such as Pandas, SciPy, XGBoost, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, and well-known modeling packages like PyMC3.
  • Experience with the end-to-end predictive/prescriptive model development cycle, including data modeling and SQL skills, and familiarity with Cloud infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and analyzing experiments in digital products (A/B test, multivariate, etc.).
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
