Key Responsibilities- Project Management:
- Operate and manage I&TD's current and upcoming projects.
- Support project teams through coordination of meetings, agenda, and materials preparation.
- Draft project management plans, including scope, timelines, costs, and risks.
- Work closely with Scientific leads, internal stakeholders, and external parties to deliver project work to agreed scope and timelines.
- Track project progress against baseline timelines, costs, and milestones and report to I&TD leadership and governance Committees.
- Manage operationally relevant administrative and contractual tasks.
- Program Management:
- Align with I&D PMO to ensure implementation of I&TD PM standards and best practices.
- Identify and raise potential opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, ideally with scientific or engineering education.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated project management skills, preferably in biotech and/or pharmaceutical industries.
- Experience using project management tools.
- Experience engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ideally, GMP and Compliance knowledge at a pharma industry and high-regulated environment.
- Fluent proficiency in English language (written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented, professional, and proactive.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience working in multicultural environments.
