Job Summary

At Q-Energy, we are committed to creating a sustainable future through innovative green energy solutions. As a Trainee Operations and Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our PV power plants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the supervision of Operation & Maintenance activities for PV power plants to ensure optimal plant performance.
  • Conduct system monitoring and data analysis to identify issues, assist in troubleshooting, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare regular performance and maintenance reports, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly yield assessments.
  • Support in processing warranty cases, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Analyze costs, focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance to optimize budgeting and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • You have completed your studies in Engineering, Technology, or Business Studies.
  • Relevant work experience in infrastructure or energy is an advantage, particularly in reporting and analysis of performance data and operation of technical facilities.
  • You are proficient in MS Office.
  • You are fluent in Spanish and have good English skills; Portuguese skills are a plus.
