Exclusivas Imanara is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Team Manager to lead our team of engineers in the design and development of electrical systems for our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the Electrical Design Team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of electrical design plans and installation drawings.
- Develop and implement electrical design criteria and standards in accordance with project specifications and regulations.
- Assign and review tasks of team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate with other disciplines and operative centers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Validate and generate global design criteria, ensuring compliance with project and contract requirements.
- Manage design tools and software, including Smart Plant 3D, AutoCAD, and AVEVA E3D.
- Conduct periodic revisions of 3D models, resolving interferences and applying corrective actions as needed.
- Provide technical support to the discipline leader, ensuring project progress and quality.
- Contribute to inquiry and problem-solving during the execution phase of the project.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the Department, identifying areas for development and implementing changes.
- Train and develop engineers with less experience.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in a similar position in the petrochemical industry, Oil & Gas, and energy.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent Spanish and sufficient English to understand project specifications.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience with Smart Plant 3D, AutoCAD, and AVEVA E3D.
