About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Guidewire Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting or implementation team, you will work on IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies. Your responsibilities will include coordinating larger Agile implementation projects, leading complex business analysis, defining functional requirements, designing solutions, and mentoring less experienced team members.
About the Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 5 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance in an international environment. You should also have at least 4 years of experience in Guidewire systems implementation and a comprehensive understanding of how insurance companies or banks work. Additionally, you should be creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems, and have the ability to ensure quality of the deliverables of your team.
About the Wishes:
We are looking for someone who is able to build lasting and positive relationships with client stakeholders and C-Level representatives. Experience working in implementation-related or strategic consulting, especially in the fields of insurance or bancassurance, is a plus. Knowledge of German or French is also desirable.
