- Proven experience in banking: A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Planview Expert: Proficiency in Planview and other project management tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies: Familiarity with project management principles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Very good knowledge of Office Tools: Proficiency in Office Tools, including Teams, Power Point, Excel, etc.
- Strong PMO skills & experience: A minimum of 4+ years of experience working in a PMO role, with expertise in PM governance, meeting minutes, managing RAID logs, and financial tracking.
- Good English level: A minimum of B2-C1 level in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
