We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programmatic Account Manager to join our Opera Adx team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for day-to-day account management of our DSP and SSP partners, as well as monitoring operations associated with partners across the Opera Adx network.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with SSPs, DSPs, networks, and demand sources, including resolving business and technical issues.
- Manage the on-boarding of new partners, including RTB integration, database maintenance, training, and documentation.
- Develop opportunities and strategies to increase programmatic revenue.
- Manage day-to-day communication and administrative operations associated with partners, including month-end billing review, deal setup, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with our programmatic and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing optimal support to our partners.
- Execute joint business planning, including strategic priorities on a daily basis.
- Analyze performance data and provide insights to internal groups and partners.
- Identify opportunities to increase partner spend.
- 6+ years of experience in programmatic DSP, SSP, or ad network handling account management, account strategist, technical services, or operations roles.
- Expertise in working with oRTB, Header Bidding, SSPs, RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, and optimization platforms.
- Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making, and strategic problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and large data set manipulation.
- Effective time management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
- Outstanding communication, project management, and presentation skills.
