Job Overview:

Luxe Talent, a leading international recruitment and training consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Operations Manager to join a premium fashion company in Barcelona. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Management: Create, publish, and maintain all SKUs to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information necessary for product uploads and ensure maximum opportunities for sales.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast sales, and analyze consumer buying patterns to anticipate trends.
  • Data Analysis: Report on historic sales data to inform projections, re-orders, and markdowns.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze data to determine consumer trends and develop a buying plan for the season.
  • E-commerce Calendar Management: Coordinate e-commerce calendar activities in line with company strategy and objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Measure and report on sales and marketing strategies on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Digital Marketing: Assist in implementing email campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned to meet company goals, including managing limited release styles and updating websites to support promotions.
Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager with a strong background in managing e-commerce for fashion companies. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of English and experience with Shopify. Additionally, they should possess a can-do attitude, basic HTML knowledge, Google Analytics skills, Order Management Systems expertise, and a basic understanding of SEO.
