We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Advisor to join our Travel Retail team at a major airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer engagement
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Execute in-store excellence by maintaining a high level of product knowledge and visual merchandising standards
- Build retailer support across the entire Coty portfolio in specific stores
- Ensure up-to-date training on training apps and tools provided by the Company
- Adhere to Company uniform and grooming guidelines
- Find and suggest alternative and add-on sales to trade up
- Deliver strong service levels with retailers, agencies, and coworkers
- Maintain housekeeping routines and Company standards of all visual display, in line with brand and store guidelines
- Develop relationships with store staff and management and liaise regularly with the Coty Geneva team when required
- Give support to temporary staff from the agency
- Accurately complete Company paperwork within set guidelines and time limits
- Submit sales figures to retail specialists with trading comments on time
