Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team at EIT InnoEnergy. As a key member of our investment team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, managing our portfolio of companies, and driving the growth of our sustainable energy ecosystem.
The Role and Responsibilities- Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve our portfolio's growth and return objectives.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial, technical, and market analysis.
- Manage and monitor our portfolio companies, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with our investment teams to identify new investment opportunities and develop innovative solutions to drive growth.
- Prepare and present investment proposals to our investment committee, ensuring that all necessary information is provided and that our investment decisions are well-informed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our portfolio companies, investors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- You have a strong background in investment management, venture capital, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- You possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the sustainable energy sector and its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- You are a team player with a strong sense of collaboration and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- MBA or other advanced degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or engineering.
- At least 8 years of experience in investment management, venture capital, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of the sustainable energy sector, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
