Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team at Omega CRM. As a key member of our marketing practice, you will be responsible for investigating, creating, and recommending innovative marketing automation and martech solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Investigate and recommend marketing automation and martech solutions to drive business growth.
- Conduct analysis on marketing automation and martech solution implementations to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in high-level architecture design for marketing automation and martech solution implementations.
- Implement infrastructure and functional cloud marketing architecture to support business objectives.
- Create policies for activating automated communications that map the customer's journey.
- Perform basic functional and specialized marketing tasks to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure that automated cloud communication activations are effectively utilized to drive business results.
- Determine which processes are suitable and necessary to be executed in the cloud for implementing marketing automation solutions.
- Provide functional consulting services to ensure that automated communication processes run smoothly.
- Implement automated communications and marketing automation processes to meet customer needs at various touchpoints.
- Proven experience in creating marketing campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge with Ampscript is a plus.
- Previous experience in database management, preferably in a similar role.
- Knowledge with the automation software and relevant performance evaluation.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce).
- Knowledge to manage marketing projects.
