Lead Product Visionary

Heetch is a pioneering ride-hailing company dedicated to revolutionizing mobility. Our mission is to create a fairer, more inclusive, and sustainable transportation ecosystem.
The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to lead the development of our products and platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and contribute to our mission.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a product vision that aligns with Heetch's mission and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and operations, to ensure successful product launches
- Define product goals and success metrics, ensuring clear alignment with business objectives
- Liaise with engineering teams to ensure effective delivery of products
- Maintain a product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing product solutions based on business value and customer impact
- Build alignment across teams and leadership, driving maximum impact through data analysis, market research, and company strategy
- Anticipate and mitigate bottlenecks, making trade-offs between business needs, customer needs, and technical constraints
- Maintain close contact with business stakeholders to inform product development
- Interact regularly with users to understand their problems and motivations
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users, their needs, and the market
- Proven experience in building consumer products, with a track record of prioritizing and launching impactful products or platforms
- Demonstrated leadership skills, working effectively with designers, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial drive to achieve stretch goals in an innovative, fast-paced environment
- Ability to absorb and synthesize complex information, presenting it in a clear and compelling manner
- High analytical acumen, solid business sense, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable advocating for a path forward among ambiguous options
- Very high attention to detail, with the ability to connect small experience elements to big-picture goals
- Eagerness to seek feedback and improve
- Full proficiency in English; French is a plus
- Experience is great, but what we really look for is agency, intelligence, and integrity
