About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Empresa reconocida. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Policy Development: Collaborate with the CHRO and HR colleagues to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent, including recruitment, performance management, and career development.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- HR Team Management: Supervise and support a member of the HR team, providing guidance and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in the Spanish market.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
