**Job Overview**
As a Clinical Start Up Manager, you will lead cross-functional project teams globally for assigned studies in the start-up phase. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practices, investigator integrity, and compliance with all study procedures. You will also monitor study timelines, patient recruitment, and budget at the start-up phase.
**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a life science
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Start Up Manager within a CRO
- Experience in commercial studies in the start-up stage
- Experience in clinical studies phase II-III
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication skills
