Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the transformation of client IT infrastructures to cloud-based solutions utilizing Microsoft and Azure, which includes: User identity migration, application transformation/migration, and data migration (both structured and unstructured). Provide comprehensive training to the client's IT Operations team on the management and ongoing support of the new environment. Design and refine workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Implement complex data migration strategies.Required Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience with JIRA, including setup, configuration, and administration of JIRA tools. Proven expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM). In-depth knowledge of Information Technology Management and Infrastructure. Proficient in JSM, Assets, and Atlassian Cloud. Strong background with JIRA Suite, including CMDB projects and service desk operations.What We Offer
