About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our Integrated Informatics team at Roche. As a key member of our Data Analytics Chapter, you will play a critical role in driving transformation with data and fostering automated and efficient decision-making throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs and develop a product roadmap that aligns with business goals.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data and analytics products and ensure what was agreed gets delivered.
  • Work with data engineers and data scientists to develop data pipelines, analytical models, and visualizations that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure Teams and software developers to ensure that data and analytics products are integrated into existing systems and platforms in a sustainable way that still meets the needs of business to generate the insights necessary to drive their decisions.
Requirements
  • Strong focus on delivering high value, connecting the dots, and investing in right initiatives with reusability at the heart of it.
  • End-to-end ownership of product delivery with setting up teams from multiple teams/areas with focus on lifecycle management of the product.
  • Ability to work on various aspects of analytics solution development, data management, governance, and information architecture.
