About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Business Architect to join our Strategic Alignment function. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our strategic roadmap and driving business process improvements. Your expertise will help us identify gaps in our current architecture and develop sustainable solutions to enhance our business processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the definition and planning of our strategic roadmap
  • Conduct discovery activities to gain insights and gather information for strategic solution development
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of our business processes, objectives, and strategy to ensure strategic alignment across all functions
  • Identify and propose solutions to improve business processes and systems
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define business requirements, develop functional designs, and facilitate implementation
  • Support discovery work by understanding and documenting business needs and translating them into solution requirements
  • Participate in planning and strategy sessions, offering insights based on business architecture principles
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with our goals, values, and strategic direction
  • Establish a robust business capability model to monitor performance and enhance effectiveness

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
