Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing & Sales Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Purchasing & Sales departments, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly Performance Review: Analyze and review key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement. Provide clear and concise explanations of main findings and recommendations.
• Economic Impact Analysis: Calculate the economic impact of various solutions and present objective data to support informed decision-making.
• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with management to drive business results and optimize purchasing and sales strategies.
• Purchasing Monitoring and Benchmarking: Implement and maintain purchasing monitoring and benchmarking tools to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with Gestamp systems (BW, Gesvolume, GMS, TC, etc.) is desirable.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategy, global vision, and improvement methodologies.
• Leadership and Analysis Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage global information, analyze complex data, and drive business results.

Education and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, purchasing, sales, finance, economics, or accounting.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive sector, with international experience being desirable.
