Job Summary
Vèringer Ingeniería Avanzada is seeking a highly skilled Principal Piping Designer to lead our technical activities related to piping design in Oil & Gas projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing piping systems for process units, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the design activities of assigned units, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Report to the project piping leader and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of applicable job specifications, piping classes, standards, and working instructions.
- Lead and manage a design team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with other specialists involved in the studies, including civil, stress, material, and supports, to ensure seamless interfaces.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Technical Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar function, preferably in the Chemical, Refining, or Petrochemical Industry.
- Experience with E3D, AutoCAD, and Microstation software.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
