About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Asset Management Specialist to join our team at Nadara. As a key member of our renewable energy team, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of a portfolio of renewable energy plants, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to optimize energy production.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Performance Monitoring: Daily monitoring of the performance of a portfolio of renewable energy plants using internal monitoring tools.
  2. Site Visits: Periodical site visits to check the conditions of the plants under supervision, following internal procedures.
  3. Reporting: Reporting to clients and financing parties on the main parameters of the technical and financial performance of the plants, in compliance with contractual obligations.
  4. Contract Management: Monitoring and supervising contracts in place, mainly O&M ones, to ensure all obligations are met and guaranteed metrics are achieved.
  5. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordination with local regulators, grid operators, municipalities, and authorities to comply with regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the renewable energy sector (photovoltaic & wind).
  3. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office package, PVSYST, Autocad (plus).
  4. Language Skills: Fluent Italian and English.
  5. Travel Requirements: Driving license and availability to travel from time to time.
  6. Client Management: Excellent client management skills.
  7. Industry Knowledge: Awareness of the electricity market, PV, and wind technology.

Location: Nadara is hiring in multiple locations, including Sesto San Giovanni, London, and Madrid.
