We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our ERM Group team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sustainability consultants across multiple countries in the Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Team Management
  • Lead a team of sustainability consultants to achieve business targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.

Operational Management
  • Oversee the financial governance and monitoring of the Business Unit's performance.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure that each proposal and project is adequately resourced.
  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics, including billability and utilization targets.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with other Team Leaders to address under/over resourcing and deploy staff to billable work across teams.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Resource Manager to enable effective cross-resourcing and connection of staff to projects.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and progress towards business objectives.
