Pre-Clinical Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Clinical Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our pre-clinical development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Strategies: Establish a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for pre-clinical development activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct Audits and Assessments: Conduct regular internal and external audits to ensure the quality and integrity of our pre-clinical development activities.
- Manage Compliance Programs: Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, QA, and Innovation, to ensure seamless execution of pre-clinical development activities.
- Support Regulatory Intelligence: Contribute to the development of regulatory intelligence activities, ensuring compliance with changing regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Strong Quality Assurance Background: Proven experience in quality assurance, with a focus on pre-clinical development activities.
- Regulatory Compliance Expertise: In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for pre-clinical development activities.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
