Job Summary

Bobbie's Learning Center LLC is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to join our team in a dynamic role that requires a deep understanding of data migration methodologies, SAP S/4HANA, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Data Migration Projects: Manage and oversee all aspects of data migration for SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
  2. Strategy and Planning: Develop data migration strategies, plans, and methodologies tailored to project requirements and best practices.
  3. Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL): Oversee the ETL processes, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, define data migration scope, and ensure successful execution.
  5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the data migration process and implement mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  6. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce data quality standards and validation procedures to ensure the reliability and accuracy of migrated data.
  7. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data migration processes, methodologies, and outcomes.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in SAP S/4HANA data migration, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in data migration projects, with at least 3-5 years specifically in SAP S/4HANA.
  2. Proven track record of leading data migration teams in large-scale SAP implementations.
  3. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA data structures and ETL tools.
  4. Strong knowledge of data migration tools such as SAP Data Services, LSMW, and custom ETL solutions.
  5. Experience with SQL, data profiling, and data quality tools.
  6. Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  7. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
