Paediatrics Nurse Manager

Woodston Personnel Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatrics Nurse Manager to join our client in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the services and activities of the assigned nursing unit, ensuring continuous operations and delivery of quality nursing care.
- Develop and implement quality improvement processes and activities to enhance patient care outcomes.
- Coordinate teaching and mentoring of Nursing, Medical, and Paramedical students, Interns, and Residents.
- Ensure provision of patient and family education based on needs assessment, readiness, and discharge planning.
- Conduct staff performance appraisals, coaching, guiding, and counseling employees to achieve staff job results.
- Maintain all records pertaining to the operation of the area of assignment and generate reports as required.
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a professional registered nurse.
- Minimum of 8 years current clinical nursing experience following licensure/registration in the country of origin, 3 years of which in specific field/area and in comparable management position.
- English language - Essential, Arabic language - Preferred.
