Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Specialist to join our Demand Integrations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with customers, driving the health and growth of their integrations, and providing technical guidance throughout the integration life cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage relationships with customers to drive the health and growth of their integrations
- Gain an understanding of customer internal structures, key stakeholders, and business needs
- Provide technical guidance to customers during all phases of their integration life cycle
- Collaborate with account team members to update them on progress and plan measures to grow customers
- Analyze customer integration performance on a regular basis to proactively recommend improvements
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional fashion
- Develop a full understanding of the industries in which Cint and customers operate
- Ability to understand different and unique customer business models and how integrating with Cint will benefit them
- Technical experience relating to APIs, API implementation, and platform-to-platform integrations
- Ability to focus on large amounts of data daily
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to convey complicated ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in using MS-Office products, including Excel, and key features such as V-lookups, Pivot tables, and de-duplications checks
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Market Research, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Familiarity with internet protocols and API frameworks, as well as at least one programming language
- Experience with SQL, Postman, Power BI, JIRA, or Salesforce
