About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director / Integrated Designer to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative and effective digital, print, and social content projects from brief to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative concepts and ideas that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Manage and mentor junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our work is always cutting-edge and innovative.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative agency or in-house design team.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong creative vision and ability to develop innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
