Job Summary
Automatic Data Processing (ADP) is seeking a highly skilled Lead UX Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our UX Research team, you will be responsible for identifying and conducting various research methods to inform the development of our cloud-based payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions.
About the Role
In this role, you will be the voice of our clients with UX designers, product managers, and developers, working to understand their needs and pain points through research and analysis. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting research to inform product and design decisions, including data collection, synthesis, and presentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand issues and communicate user priorities
- Recruiting and managing participants for research studies and collecting quantitative and qualitative data
- Extracting key insights from research data to inform product decisions and drive stakeholder alignment
- Crafting compelling research reports to communicate findings and recommendations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proficiency in running all phases of research, from data collection to synthesis and presentation
- Experience conducting moderated research interviews and leveraging tools for unmoderated research studies
- Strong analytical skills to extract key insights from research data
- Excellent communication skills to craft compelling research reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
