Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Premier Pet Travel, a leading international pet transport company. The Sales Consultant will play a critical role in driving business growth by engaging with clients, providing expert advice on pet transportation, and converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement:
    • Liaising with a variety of different clients through various channels.
    • Responding to enquiries from prospective clients, explaining our services, processes, and pricing.
    • Understanding the specific needs of each client and providing tailored solutions for the safe and comfortable transport of their pets.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Assisting and advising clients with all relevant paperwork, including entry requirements & regulations and veterinary documentation.
  • Collaboration:
    • Working closely with the team to ensure accurate communication and smooth delivery of services.
    • Communicating with other agents, brokers and couriers to establish the most cost effective and convenient solutions for our clients.
    • Assisting in creating marketing and promotional projects to attract new customers.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Accurately recording client & pet information, documentation and contracts on the shared drive.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the transportation, pet care, or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Spanish and English.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Passion for animals and a deep understanding of their care.
  • Personal Attributes:

    • Highly organised with attention to detail.
    • Results-driven and motivated by achieving sales goals.
    • Must have a full, clean driving license.
